Article 7°.- After the information has been rendered and within the following ninety days, the celebration of the marriage may be preceded. After this period has elapsed, the celebration of the marriage may not be preceded until after the formalities prescribed in the four preceding articles have been repeated.

Article 11: The officer of the Civil Registry, in the presence of the witnesses and in front of the contracting parties, shall read the declaration referred to in article 3 and the summary information referred to in article 6.

Article 12 – Immediately, the officer of the Civil Registry shall draw up a record of all the proceedings, which shall be signed by him, the witnesses and the spouses if they know how and are able to sign, and shall proceed to make the inscription in the books of the Civil Registry, in the manner prescribed by the respective Regulations.
